AISHATU MARGIMA, Executive Director is the founder of Women and Youth Empowerment for Advancement and Health Initiative (WYEAHI) she is a registered Nurse/Midwife, has Master in Health Planning and Management (MHPM) and she is a Season Health and Development Worker, with working experience on Maternal New Born and Child Health (MNCH), retired as a Director Administration and supplies Hospitals Management Board Maiduguri Borno state, also worked with a Faith Based Organization EYN Headquarters as Coordinator HIV/AIDS programme successful implemented project with Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and Network on Ethics/Human Right, Law, HIV/AIDS prevention, support and care (NELA) with founding support from USAID on prevention of HIV/AIDS infection among others. Implemented Church of the Brethren Disaster Ministries (CBDM-US) livelihood and Empowerment project 2015-2016, and also successfully implemented Oxfam-Novib project on promoting the well being of women and girls on the move caused by insurgency in the North East Nigeria. She attended World Humanitarian Summit (sponsored by Oxfam ) as representative of host community and CSOs in the North-East Nigeria and also one of the speakers at the side events of Lake Chad Basin from 23rd to 24th May, 2016 at Istanbul, Turkey, She is a leader of Women Peace Lead Mentors, Adamawa State on a Project of UN Women titled “Promoting Women’s Engagement in Peace and Security in Northern Nigeria”. The Executive Director was also a Spot Light Initiative Consultant for Sexual Gender Base Violence (SGBV), Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG), Harmful Practices (HP) and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) Research of Adamawa State Budget Review 2016 to 2019 by Center for Social Justice, and Adviser for Adamawa Women Peace Initiative (AWPI)
